Notice the BC Hydro installed orange flags, wrapped around the power line.
The flags make the runway easier to locate, as well as indicating wind patterns over the thresh-hold.

Its a good thing the power lines were marked as Phil usualy doesn't like to drop down over the powerlines, he prefers to fly right through them .
